Please remember, if someone calls to claim a pet you have found, ask for proof of ownership or a description of any small identifying mark not shown in the picture posted on this site.   If you have lost your pet, please be prepared to provide proof of ownership when your pet is found. This is to ensure that the pet is safely returned to its rightful home.

LOST

Posted 10/5/08 On Thursday Oct 2, 2008 our pet bird flew away. We have been looking for her ever since.
We live on Nesbitt Road in Leesburg--Lee County Georgia. She was last seen Friday morning and then she flew one street over to Pye Pond Road. Have not seen or heard her since then.
She is a green Indian Ringneck parakeet. She is a light green with a bright orange beak. She has a band on her leg. Her name is Houdini, but she answers to ding ding or dini. She is very tame but may or may not come to a stranger.

We are all heartbroken at the loss of our baby bird. We would appreciate any help. She loves cookies..and sometimes if you see or or call out "I've got a cookie" just maybe she would come to you.
